Shady and Slim
Two cats, Shady and Slim

Slim and Shady were doing fine up until about 3 months ago and now it's just Shady I'm afraid. Slim went missing over a weekend and I have not seen him since.
I was about to start the leafleting campaign and all that and then the cat that belongs to the fella downstairs (coincidentally another black and white one) also went missing. Likewise both our cats were very much routine and you could bet your life on where they would be at certain points in the day, so our guess is that they have been taken.
I had both S&S chipped when they got their jabs and all and they are covered for insurance and stuff, but you can't police for someone nicking them. Shady is now the most loving creature (apart from dogs of course) that you could get and we have spent many an evening on the sofa!
I know it sounds odd but we do get a lot of comfort from each other. I'm still quite distressed that the Slimster isn't here as they were a great double act, but getting used to the fact that he ain't coming back and it's just me and her now.
Guess that's going to be another criteria to be added to the potential girlfriend in that she must love cats!

Take care and catch up with you all soon!

Rob
