These people had recently re-homed two of their six cats because of an allergy problem that they couldn't resolve. It had really, really upset them all to come to the decision. |

"Benny" aged two years, was re-homed on Tuesday 21st September 2004. On Thursday/Friday 23 - 24th September he ran off whilst his new owner was letting her other two cats out for the night. He hasn't been seen since. He is semi-long haired, salmony in colour (very pale ginger) and neutered. He doesn't eat any cat food except a few biscuits now and again. He is very wary of strangers. The area he went missing in is:- Mornington Road/middle section, Chorley Old Road, near Morrisons Supermarket, Bolton, Lancs. This is only about a mile from our house but, I know if he goes in the wrong direction he could end up anywhere by now. |

"Felix" aged four years, was re-homed on Friday 1st October 2004. On Saturday 2nd October he got out and hasn't been seen since. The lady didn't ring me till the Monday night and that was a message on an answer machine (I had no contact number for this lady). The exact details of his disappearance isn't known. He is a black and white (mainly white with black markings on his nose area, both ears like a cap, back and nearly full tail) and neutered. He is also very wary of strangers. The area he went missing in is the same as Benny. |
The original owners have been going to the area and calling them on a daily basis and also keeping a vigil at their home. Posters are being distributed around the area. |
